Dear Friends,
Like many of you, Fair Lawn Sunrise Rotary has been thinking of those in the medical field who are fighting the COVID 19 battle on the frontlines. Within our small Rotary family alone we have six nurses, some currently working with COVID-19 patients and one caring for patients in a local nursing home bracing for impact. Between their 12 hour shifts and emotionally exhausting days, we wanted to give our healthcare workers
some support by providing quick grab meals and gift baskets of healthy snacks to local hospitals.
If you, too, have thought about ways to support our dedicated doctors, nurses and healthcare staff overwhelmed by the large influx of COVID patients, we welcome you to join in Sunrise Rotary’s efforts by making a donation toward our meal drive. All food purchases will be made through a Fair Lawn establishment, which means you will also be supporting a community business during a difficult time.
The cost of purchasing meals for one set of staff is $100, but any size donation is gratefully appreciated. Checks should be made payable to Fair Lawn Sunrise Rotary and mailed to P.O. Box 112, Fair Lawn, New Jersey or you can click HERE to donate on Pay Pal. Individuals donating $100 or more will have their name added to the note card that accompanies each food donation. When you send your check, please be sure to include a name and address where we can send a donation acknowledgement.
